Alfie and the team at the Dagenham branch sold our property. They marketed the property to a high level and managed to get a high number of viewings through the door where they managed all on our behalf. Despite a few hiccups in the process they managed to sell. Louise from the Romford branch was great in supporting us and keeping the chain going throughout some very stressful moments. I can’t thank or say enough how helpful Charlotte Cobbing, who was managing my property, has been. During the last four years, she had always been very professional towards me & my tenant. Even though, during the last six months the tenant turned very nasty & abusive but Charlotte tried her very best to deal with the difficult situations and not to take any sides and remained neutral to resolve the issue.
It is a shame & I am very sorry that she had to be the one, at the end, to received such an abuse from this nasty tenant before vacating the property!

Great experience selling our Upminster home through Balgores. After making decision to sell our home, photos and floorplan were done almost immediately. We had viewings (and offers) from proceedable buyers being made before the property actually went on the market. After going 'live' on the market, our house was under offer within 6 days. Great levels of marketing, made it stand out on Rightmove. Communication was efficient with Christopher West and Jessica Smith being our main points of contact – they were always approachable and easily contacted when needed, and most importantly quick to respond.

Most estate agents do a bit of chasing up but leave most of it to the solicitors. However, when we were experiencing difficulties gaining information and contact from one particular source, Billy Holland pulled all the stops out to keep the process running smoothly and helping out as best he could in maintaining contact to obtain further information.
