After struggling for viewers/feedback over 3 months with one of Balgores Brentwood competitors I really didn’t see what an alternative estate agents could do for me as I thought everybody simply uses rightmove these days. Joe pitched me for a chance in his friendly, enthusiastic and passionate way and within 10 days he had had multiple viewings and two people competing to buy the property. Has been a breath of fresh air to deal with and would use him again whenever selling a property.

If it wasn’t for Sarah, her hard work, persaverance and communication abilities i don’t think we would have managed to complete on our sale by the time we needed to. She was our go to person throughout the process, nothing was ever too much trouble and she took everything on herself and delivered time after time. We can’t thank Sarah enough.

We purchased through Balgores and can’t express in enough words how pleased we are with the service. We have dealt with most of the staff in the Gravesend office throughout the duration of the purchase and each person we spoke with was professional, knowledgeable and did everything they could to help.
We dealt mostly with Connor. Our purchase wasn’t the most straight forward, with lots of hurdles along the way and Connor handled everything maturely and professionally. He has been great and a true representative of the service Balgores pride themselves upon.

Khaleesha and Louise were so helpful during our first time purchase. They were very efficient, always replied to every single e-mail/phone call right away, and fixed all issues straight away. They are very clear and responsive and most helpful agents I have ever seen. From the first day at the viewing when I saw Khaleesha, she put a big smile on my face and I knew that the buying process would be nice and easy. Recommend her and Louise to everyone 100% ! The best team ever.

KIsh has been more than helpful in the sale of our property even taking my calls on his days off, nothing has ever been a problem and he has also got back to me when I have queried anything. My house has now sold and completed I have asked him to keep me updated on any new properties that go up for sale within my price range.

These days it is so rare to see someone so good at their job as Sarah is. She was acting for our vendor not us directly but she kept us informed as if she was. Her service was what we should have received from our Agent but did not. Our buyers solicitors were very difficult to work with but Sarah chased them relentlessly and kept us informed.
On top of this she is friendly, puts you at ease on the phone and is very knowledgeable on the whole aspect of house buying/selling.
Both my partner and I agree it was a pleasure doing business with you Sarah.

Great service from Sarah, my buyers solicitor was particularly slow and unresponsive but Sarah persevered with contact and we got there in the end.

My property was sold via Balgores Upminster and my agent was Kish Oogarah he was always on hand to answer any queries and kept on top of the sale process. He was very professional and courteous, he acquired a good price for my house I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property.
