We all know buying and selling a house can be a stressful time, the sale and purchase of our subsequent house was no different, however the exceptional service provided by the team at Balgores led by Joe Hayes mitigated that stress and left us in no doubt as to who we would use or recommend in the future for any house sale.

We have purchased two flats with Balgores Hayes, Brentwood branch, in the past to years. Joe and the entire sales team offer excellent, friendly and efficient service. They are always on hand to assist along the entire purchase process.
We have also rented both flats out via the lettings team, headed by Michael Hayes, at the same branch. Both flats were rented within one week with excellent quality tenants. The process was incredibly simple with both flats being tenanted within a couple of weeks of initial marketing them for rent.
I don’t hesitate in recommending Balgores for either a property purchase or rentals service.

I found my experience at Balgores to be excellent! Both Josh and Alex were extremely helpful, and were able to answer every question I had quickly, and anticipate some things i had not even thought of. I would 100% reccomend using Balgores in the future.

Speedy arrangements were made for the property to be viewed and a buyer was confirmed almost immediately. There were no delays over the sale.

Both me and my wife are very pleased with the service Josh and Alex provided, they beat their competitors prices for fees. I first used the services of Brad when selling my first property, Brad was very professional, confident and friendly. I had know doubt that Brad wouldnt do anything but a great job when trying to sell our house. Brad scheudled an open house and our property practically sold on the day. Brad done a fantastic job and I was so impressed with Brad that when it came to selling my second property, Brad at Balgores was my first point of call. Again he done another fantastic job selling my flat, i never had any problems with appointments and he always kept me informed with the sale of the flat. He gave me advice and his opinions and definately felt more of a friend than an estate agent. I would reccommend Brad to anyone that plans on selling thier property and only wish i had more houses i could send his way! Really could not reccommend him enough.

Brad and Balgores were quick to get the property posted online and wasted no time in arranging an open day where as we had a number of offers and the property sold for more than the asking price.

With all my dealings with Michael at Balgores have been a good and happy experience. Myself and my Partner have moved in to a rented property and the process was made easy, as we both work full time in the City this was a god send. And since then, if I have required any further information from Michael for any particular reason connected to the house, he gets on to it straight away. We have been very happy with Balgores and would use them again. They are very professional and explain the whole process and the timescales, which is important when planning a house move. Strongly recommend.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Joe and his team. Joe was able to price our house well based on his knowledge of the area and they sold it within a week of marketing for the full asking price. We were kept informed every step of the way and this great service continued with Matt who followed the process through to completion. Despite there being many last minute complications – none of which were their fault – Matt persevered, remained positive, and made countless phone calls on our behalf until we finally exchanged. The marketing process was effective and the property well presented.
