We found Balgores staff to be professional, helpful, cheerful, and dedicated to the task of selling our house and finding us a bungalow to buy. Through the whole process they have worked hard keeping us well informed of the situation with our buyers and sellers. They took time to show people around our home, and always phoned and emailed with feedback. They worked hard to get the best possible price for our home.

very pleased with the way Matthew dealt with our initial enquiry into looking at a property and in conjunction with Ray putting the tenancy agreement together.A few small issues with a leak im the bathroom and keys to the conservatory door which were doon pit right.Would recommemd them to any prospective tenants.

Very happy with service from Matthew at Balgores, always friendly and fast to respond to queries over both phone and email. Mixing friendly customer service and knowledge it made the renting process a lot easier and less stressful.

I’ve advertised my Flat with Balgores lettings only after having initial conversation with Nathan Hancox. I spoke to few other estate agents over phone but Nathan was the one who actually sounds me authentic for lettings. He’s absloutely brilliant Agent, he has very through knowledge of current market situation. It took only 3 days to let my Flat via Balgores. Nathan didn’t cut any corners and completed all paper works and credit checks to cross verify identity of tenants which is very important nowadays to let property.

I highly recommend Balgores and specially Nathan to anyone who is looking to let their property.

Weve let out our property for the last four years with balgores and find Matthew very responsive to any of our queries or concerns. We feel comfortable talking to him face to face or over the phone but most importantly we feel Matthew has our needs at the top of his list at all times.
If we have any concerns with rent being paid on time Sian is very reassuring and always gets back to us as soon as she can.

An excellent service ! My calls were dealt and emails were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff were very helpful, especially Matthew. I would highly recommend Balgores to my friends and family and would have no problem dealing with them again in the future.

Matthew and james at balgores went out of there way to help me find the perfect home and made the experience an ease , also once moved have had follow up phone calls to make sure everything is ok and going well.

Joe and Balgores Hayes offered a superb service, effectively solving issues before they became problems and managing the whole chain efficiently and getting my desired result. My buyer changed solicitor during the process and due to Joe this did not slow the process down as he communicated with both solicitors so that the process was in no way hampered. All in a great service. 10/10

Joshua was incredibly patience with me and showed me 4 properties in the same block and took me back to the first one so I could look at it again. He dealt with me on his day off and always responded promptly to my never ending questions. He also checked to ensure that I was happy with everything after I had moved in. Excellent after sales service. I recommended him to a friend landlord who has found him to be very professional.

Joshua, who is the letting agent for Balgores, has been informative and helpful throughout our letting process. as soon as we signed up with them they found a tenant for us in the space of a week.

A fresh approach to a letting agency, I felt like a VIP customer at all times. Linval was very helpful patient and kind to my sister and I when we were looking to rent a property. He asked for our specification and gave us a first class service. He is highly professional and is very tolerant. He would repeat things several times so that we can understand.
