What a whirlwind! Paul Newell came to see me and after discussions, I put my house on the market with them. Great pictures were taken. Balgores arranged numerous viewings. The house was sold quickly. I bought and everything was signed, sealed and delivered in less than 10 weeks. Balgores were fab. They kept me updated, answered any questions. After my original purchase unexpectedly fell through, I found another property through Balgores, and from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic. They regularly kept me updated, chased solicitors and other parties when needed, and were always on hand to answer my questions and reassure me during what was a very stressful few weeks.

Allanah was our first pint of contact with the initial process and was very efficient, friendly and helpful throughout the process.

My experience with this estate agency was very disappointing from start to finish.

After my offer was accepted, I did not receive a written confirmation. When the confirmation was eventually sent around a month later, the purchase price stated was £2,500 higher than the offer I had agreed.

One member of staff, Rajvir Sondh, was unprofessional during my interactions. On one occasion, I received a call in the morning demanding that I provide my mortgage broker and solicitor details by 5:00 pm the same day. During the call, I felt that he raised his voice and spoke in an unnecessarily aggressive manner. Other staffs were also non responsive.

The agency also requires buyers to sign a Gazeal agreement. Buyers pay £1,080 to enter this agreement, while, in my experience, the seller did not have to pay anything. In my case, the seller was unresponsive for more than two months. When I later tried to make a claim under the agreement, I found that the clauses made it extremely difficult to qualify for the advertised £5,000 compensation.

In addition, I was charged £90 for an ID check, whereas other estate agents I have dealt with have carried out this process at no extra cost.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this agency. I encourage prospective buyers to read all contracts carefully, understand any fees and terms before signing, and make an informed decision.

I just wanted to share my experience with Mr. Ayub, who never contacted us back. My wife tried reaching out to him 4 or 5 times, but he only responded once, saying he had a meeting with the lender in an hour and would update her later that evening. Unfortunately, we never heard from him again. It has now been almost three months, and we still haven’t received a single call or update from him. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

I met Rayyan at a viewing in Dagenham and although I did not offer with him, he was incredibly insightful and supplied me with the knowledge and tools needed to find the right purchase. He taught me how to offer, importance of floorplan and Sqftage. Long story short, I ended up finding my forever home within weeks rather than the 13 weeks i spent looking at the wrong property types!! If anyone is a First time buyer and is looking for support.
