My experience with this estate agent was disappointing. Throughout the tenancy process, it felt as though Nikola was primarily concerned with protecting the landlord’s interests rather than acting fairly between both parties.
Before moving in, we specifically requested that the property be professionally cleaned. However, when we received the keys, we found the house in an unacceptable condition, with dead flies, grease, dust, and mouse droppings present throughout the property. When we raised this issue with Nikola and asked about the professional cleaning, we were informed that the landlord had cleaned the property themselves instead.
Rather than helping to resolve the situation, Nikola appeared unwilling to address our concerns and became quite negative in her responses. We were left feeling unsupported despite raising legitimate issues regarding the property’s condition.
Based on our experience, I would advise prospective tenants to exercise caution before renting the property on Stamford Road and to ensure that any promises regarding cleaning or property condition are confirmed and documented in writing before moving in

Chris listed and sold our old home and helped us find our perfect new one. The chain became a bit tricky when our original buyer pulled out, but Chris acted quickly and found us another buyer who was just as good, if not better.

Luke came on time and the experience was great.

Absolutely awful service . I can’t say how bad our experience has been. From day one their service and communication is awful. They completely destroyed our sale and now want double fees nothing. Please read the very small print, they will come after you with legal threats and solicitors. Disgraceful customer service and totally corrupted to the estate agents benefit. Please stay away and read all other reviews first. Charles Stratton are the best company and totally trustworthy and professional.

I have bought several properties from Balgores and being in the property industry myself I can appreciate a good agent.

The best customer service because of Jody Manno Balgores letting tick all the boxes for an excellent service. looking for a flat to rent and dealing with other letting agents that never called back or email back was frustrating.Then I found a flat and it was listed by Balgores letting and I spoke with Jody Manno and from there she handled everything booked the viewing and emailed everything to get us the flat. Jody took my stress away. I highly recommend Jody Manno if you want a agent that will not ignore you.
