I came across Balgores Basildon, in my search of a home to buy, and I can tell you, these guys are the best and most trustworthy and outstanding in anything that has to do with property purchase. Sophia my property consultant is the best, and I promise you, she will make sure you get the right property you want. Weldone guys ????

I’ve had a very positive experience with this estate agency. Sophia and the team have been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Communication has been clear and timely, and they’ve always been available to answer questions and provide updates. Their support has made what can often be a stressful experience much smoother. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent

We’re currently in the process of buying our home through Balgores and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Arif has been brilliant and his communication is outstanding, he’s always easy to reach, keeps us informed at every stage, and never leaves us wondering what’s happening next.

If you want an agent who actually wants to sell your house and an agency that is pro active at every touch point before during and after sale, literally save yourself the pain and distress I went through thinking they all offered the same service. They don’t. Certain others were diabolical . I can’t recommend Chris and the team at Balgores enough. Their service is truly another level. Thank you Chris and the brilliant team at Balgores.

We’re mid-way through buying our home with Balgores and already feel compelled to leave a 5 star review. Arif has been excellent — communicative, prompt, and always on hand when we need him.

Working with Arif on buying multiple properties. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

The team at Balgores, especially Arif, looked after me from day one and made both the selling and buying process easy, efficient, and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Sian was excellent in handling the sale of my mother’s bungalow. She achieved a price above the initial estimation and kept us up to date throughout the whole process

My husband and I had a viewing today with the Basildon Balgores branch, and we were really impressed with the service we received from Sophia. She was so kind and very friendly, professional, and took her time to show us around and answer all our questions without making us feel rushed. She was patient, helpful, and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Recently we sold our parents home using Ashton Estate Agents. We would definitely recommend Sian and colleagues who were very professional and accommodating.
Thanks again!

Overall very positive experience. Team were very communicative through the process and help manage the whole thing. The counselling on price setting was also every good – we resisted the temptation to drop the price too quickly (in fact we didn’t at all). Once we had an offer in, the process was very smooth). Highly recommend. Big thanks to Sian and Parv for their guidance and support!

Luke showed us around two properties and was very friendly and very helpful!

I’m with Balgores for some time now and have always found the team to be approachable, professional, and supportive. Thank you for your excellent service – I would highly recommend Balgores.

Ben is always quick to respond to my queries as a landlord and is always very helpful going out of his way to facilitate my properties re rent. Living in Bournemouth and working full time for nhs it is good to know that I have left my property’s letting in safe and reliable hands.

Special thanks to Ben Vainola:
