Balgores has a great team. We had the pleasure of working with Oscar, who does his job very well. He was very helpful in unclear situations and was always available when we needed him.

Highly recommended specially Luke provided excellent services.

Emily was fantastic throughout the whole letting process. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. Thanks to her, I found a property that suited me and my family perfectly. She kept me updated at every stage and made everything feel straightforward and well managed. I’d highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent

Met with Luke to view a property, very professional, very relaxed and easy to chat with, kept me updated without having to chase

As first time buyers in Gravesend we came across many estate agents whilst trying to view houses. We can say without doubt that Balgores were by far the most professional, with their agents being the only ones to introduce themselves every time, shake hands, offer documentation for the properties, and answer all questions there and then or contact the vendor and return answers that same day.

Jordan was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, and ensured we moved to completion as quickly as possible. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron and Frank who were equally supportive and friendly.

We would definitely recommend using Balgores to anyone buying in Gravesend.

Very nice professional agents to deal with.
Quiet precise and on point. Oskar and Ross were always available when needed for queries. Will recommend them to family and friends going forward.

Fantastic service made very easy with constant updates on the sale of my property. Ewan Klinker was amazing throughout the process and kept me up to date at every stage. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to Daniel and the team at Balgores for their time and efforts in securing our home. Very simple and swift process. Always available and helpful when needed.

Very professional and helpful.

The team at Balgores really pulled out all of the stops to help us achieve what turned out to be a really complicated combination of a sale and two purchases. Andrew and Jordan were at our side throughout and their communication was excellent. Well done guys, and thank you once again.

We are more than happy to recommend Balgores in Gravesend . Recently we went through the stress of buying a property and the team there was excellent. Most of the time we have dealt with Jordan and Frank they both were really great at what they do . Communication was very easy and they were always very helpful and understanding. So for sure yes , we received exceptionally great service.

I have been a tenant with Balgoemres for 2 and half years. Our current landlord has decided to move back into the house we rent but Ben and Dan managed to help find a new property for us to rent. Everything has been explained thoroughly and left le feeling confident that the move will be smooth. Pleased that we are able to move into another property managed by the team at Balgores.

Special thanks to Ben Vainola :

Both Ben Vainola and Daniel Lawrence have been helpful and polite. Always available when needed for discussion over the current property we rent at 38 Pertwee drive and also the new property we will be moving into with the at 5 Coburg place. They have answered all questions as they arise and have made the process seamless.

Thank you gents.

Balgores so helpful. Special thanks to Luke for finding me my rental. Professional, understanding and kind. Would highly recommend, 5 stars all the way.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Balgores Gravesend Estates Agents. Professional customer care. The agents also provide an excellent assistance and meet customer expectations.

Balgore have been very helpful in the process of getting us into the property we are going to be renting, we’ve been on a very tight schedule to move and they’ve made it very easy and simple for us!

Recently viewed a delightful 2 bed property in the Gravesend area with Luke.S . The communication for arranging and booking in the viewing was quick and easy and in the viewing he was superb. Every question we had was met with a answer and done in such a easy to understand yet completely detail, even offering alternatives and advice in some instances. The moving out/in process can be quite scary and having someone this knowledgeable and friendly really helps.

Very professional, caring and impeccable service. A huge shoutout to Sarah and Donna, who kept me posted at every step and offered very valuable advice. The team treated my home like it was their own, with care and respect. I trusted them implicitly and would highly recommend.

Avoid this Letting agency , They agreed something then other team member jump in and deny.

Emily was a fantastic letting agent—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. She understood what we were looking for, showed us suitable rental options, and answered all our questions clearly. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and we would happily recommend her to anyone looking to rent.
