Balgores dealt with my property purchase very professionally and smoothly. Oskar Evans from the Sales team was particularly helpful and dealt with all my queries very swiftly. Definitely recommend Balgores as an agent.

Emily and James , professional and efficient, soft rental process

By Debbie: I would like to say a big thank you to Chris , and and his team at balgores in Upminster . Chris worked over and above his call of duty always at hand , gave me all the help and support I needed at a very stressful time . Chris certainly took a lot of the weight off my shoulders they got my house sold , found my forever home. 10/10 would highly recommend

I had a great experience with Luke from the Balgores Gravesend Estate agent during my house viewing today. He was friendly, professional, and taking the time to answer all my questions and making the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated how approachable and helpful he was throughout — it made a big difference. Thanks again, Luke!

Both Ben and Daniel made finding the right tenant a hassle free experience and took time to explain the new Rent Reforms and how they will affect me as a landlord. They conduct themselves in a professional manner as well as being approachable and their communications are excellent which is very important to me.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Balgores Dagenham! Ive had no communication from Femi (branch manager) since a seller decided to pull out. I would have appreciated more clarity and some sort of communication. Ignoring my calls and messages for weeks! Very unprofessional!

Balgores estate agents were really welcoming and helped me every step of the way with purchasing my first property. I spoke with Femi and Louise and they were both very lovely and always at the end of the phone if I had any questions about the process of this purchase . I would definitely recommend them 🙂

I would highly recommend this company I dealt with Billy and found him to be very professional and informative with very good local knowledge.

Really happy with my experience with Balgores. Frank and the team kept me updated all the way and really appreciated this. From my experience I highly recommend them.

HI all, we used Balgores branch in Ongar to purchase my sons house in Ongar, Billy was the rep , he was excellent in every way, if I win the lottery, I will use Balgores to buy my new mansion.

I was really happy for viewing the property by Luke Swindells. He had shown me great professionalism, and described everything, thank you

I’d like to give a shout out to Sian who recently helped me out so much, despite not standing to gain from her help at all, a nice lady who went the extra mile and gave some of her time to assist me with a query. Thanks so much

I was recommended to Balgores Estate Agents, Wickford office by my friend Liz, and despite a hard long slog to sell my parents home I am greatful she did and I cannot fault the service that the Balgores team provided.

The sale suffered several setbacks and numerous delays, all outside the control of Balgores, but despite this the team dusted themselves off every time and renewed their efforts.

Special mention to both Ewan and Georgia for excellent communication and sheer bloody-minded perseverance getting us over the line.

For professionalism and customer service I would highly recommend Balgores.

Balgores Hayes has been brilliant from start to finish.
Billy showed us round multiple viewings and organised them to fit our availability.
He was also great and responsive during the biding stage, making a stressful time go smoothly. Balgores staff were excellent in the sales progression stage, with Joe keep things moving at a pace. Highly recommend

I would like to give a big thank you too Ross for all the help and advice whilst selling my late mothers property. He was very professional and courteous during the whole process. If you ever needed anyone to help you Ross would be my personal recommendation. Thanks.
