I had an excellent experience with Balgroes Gravesend from start to finish. I came across many estate agents, but Balgroes really stands out for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers.
They were always understanding and accommodating, especially around my work shifts and availability. Once I moved into the property, my property manager, Carlos Paternostro MARLA, was extremely helpful, supportive, and always willing to work around my circumstances.
Throughout my tenancy, they carried out regular inspections and safety checks and genuinely looked after both the property and the tenant. When I moved out, I also received my full deposit back without any issues.
I would highly recommend Balgroes Gravesend to anyone looking for a property in the area. If I could give more than five stars, I would give them 10 out of 10. Absolutely excellent service!
