I recently sold my property with Balgores Romford Ross and his team as in Oscar have been really helpful and talked us through the whole process of the sale. Get in come text with the team if you ever need to sell a property

“I cannot recommend Oskar from Balgores Romford highly enough! From start to finish, he was exceptionally helpful, quick to respond, and a genuinely lovely guy to deal with. He even got back to me on a Sunday when the office was closed, (he never stops working!) which made a huge difference. Oskar kindly arranged multiple viewings for us and patiently answered every single question we had throughout the process. Thanks to his hard work and efficiency, we successfully bought the perfect home for us. If you are dealing with Balgores, you’re in great hands with Oskar!”

I have had a very positive experience overall. The team has been professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Communication has been clear and efficient, and any questions or issues I have had have been dealt with promptly. I am very happy with the service I have received and appreciate all the support from the team.

Special thanks to Jessica Li:

I would like to nominate Ben because he has been extremely helpful, professional and patient throughout the whole process. He always responds promptly, explains everything clearly and takes the time to help whenever I have any questions or difficulties.

Recently, I experienced an issue completing some documentation online, and Ben was very patient in helping me resolve the problem and making sure everything was completed successfully.

His friendly attitude, excellent communication and willingness to help have made the whole experience much easier and more positive. I really appreciate his support and believe he is very deserving of this nomination.

I had an excellent experience with Balgroes Gravesend from start to finish. I came across many estate agents, but Balgroes really stands out for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers.
They were always understanding and accommodating, especially around my work shifts and availability. Once I moved into the property, my property manager, Carlos Paternostro MARLA, was extremely helpful, supportive, and always willing to work around my circumstances.
Throughout my tenancy, they carried out regular inspections and safety checks and genuinely looked after both the property and the tenant. When I moved out, I also received my full deposit back without any issues.
I would highly recommend Balgroes Gravesend to anyone looking for a property in the area. If I could give more than five stars, I would give them 10 out of 10. Absolutely excellent service!

Luke definitely provided a great experience at the viewing he was informative and helpful especially providing us with information about the property and the process, his energy was certainly unmatched and friendly.

I have been working with Luke to look for our family home and he has worked so hard to help me make sure it’s perfect for us and leasing with landlords. He has fully understood our situation and I feel extremely listened to. Thank you Luke

Ewan was very helpful along with the rest of the team . Kept me informed the whole way through and always got back to me whenever I needed to speak to him . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ????????

Samantha Beeson is an asset to Balgores! She was incredibly proactive and kept the chain and clients updated each step of the way, nothing was too much. Progression is such an important part of the house buying/ selling process and Sam is brilliant at this!

Excellent customer service. James and Emily have been absolutely amazing!

We have been clients of Balgores for many years through their lettings management services and we engaged them to sell our rental property recently. We were very happy with Frank Watkins efforts to move along our conveyancing process when we hit snags and he was responsive to our communications.

I had a great experience with Balgores Gravesend Estate Agents. Luke was absolutely amazing he was very welcoming, helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed. He was really friendly and professional throughout. Thank you, Luke!

I would highly recommend Charlotte Cobbing as a senior property manager. Having rented the property for almost 11 years, I had the opportunity to deal with Charlotte on many occasions and always found her to be extremely professional, approachable, and reliable.

Whenever an issue or request arose, Charlotte was always quick to respond and took swift action to ensure things were resolved as efficiently as possible. Her communication was consistently clear and helpful, and she always made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

After such a long tenancy, I can genuinely say that having a professional and supportive property manager makes a real difference. I really appreciate all of Charlotte’s help and support over the years and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Thank you, Charlotte, for everything!

Mr. Luke did excellent job for me! I wish his success! Thanks zahir

I never leave reviews but on this occasion I felt it was warranted. I just wanted to say thank you to the Romford Balgores team who successfully sold a property for me. Special shout out to Charlie King, Oskar and Louise who were excellent. Estate agents get a bad press in general but these guys are without doubt fantastic. I really felt as a seller they fought my corner through a challenging negotiation. They were open and honest and didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, I appreciate that. I would not hesitate to use them again and will in the future. Thank you!

Awful – truly awful. I would not recommend.

Openly lied about a buyer that was not in a good position. Led to us incurring extra removal costs, and other costs due to delays. An estate agent from the other side progressed the sale rather than the Balgores Team…

Balgores were more expensive than the other agent, that was far superior in their service.

I would suggest you avoid them, there are plenty of better agents in the area and do feel free to reach out if you would like more information on our poor experience.

Parking bollards installed down the alleyway of Japan Road funny how residents can not park and do not have a key but the newly appointed resident has a key and is now using it as a private parking space just for them very strange as if it may be family or freinds and bollards were installed to provide them private parking

I have used Balgore Hayes twice now and have had a great experience. Communication is excellent and Billy has helped push the sale/purchase along both times. Would 100% recommend using them as your estate agent.

We just bought our house with Balgores, couldn’t be happier with the service.
Ronni always goes the extra mile and he was there for us all the way through. Definitely recommend!

If you’re buying a house I highly recommend the team at Balgores.. Ronni is brilliant ???? thank you guys

Very helpful and patient.
