We had a very positive experience with Marie and the team at Balgores throughout our purchase. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were always professional, responsive and proactive in helping to keep the transaction moving despite a number of challenges during the conveyancing process.

Since moving into the property we’ve unfortunately uncovered a number of significant issues with the house itself, but those matters are entirely separate from the service we received from Balgores. Throughout the process, everyone at Balgores was approachable, supportive and genuinely committed to helping us get to completion.

We’d have no hesitation in recommending Balgores to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Archie guided us through three viewings in one day and made the process as painless as possible. He has a calm and reassured air about him and hence made a stressful situation much more pleasant for us. Whilst we didn’t progress any of the homes this is in no way a reflection of Archie’s efforts of portraying them in their most positive light. The home owners can be assured that Archie did them proud!

We’ve recently viewed a property with Piers and we’ve seen a few in our time! Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.

First time I view a property with them, I meet the rudest agent (Sofia) I’ve ever come across.

Second time I have a viewing with them, I turn up at the property, and no one’s there, called them to find out they cancelled my appointment. No email or message left to inform me.

Needless to say, I see how unprofessional they are, I won’t be viewimg any more properties by this agency not recommend them to anyone.

Helped us with purchase of our new Home and saved me from big charges when i remortgaged and he realized at end of the process that i am thinking of selling to get something a bit bigger. He changed the whole mortgage again to one that doesnt charge fees for early Termination:) can only recommend
