Ayub made buying my new investment property so much easier. Clear communication, quick replies (even in the evenings), and a genuine interest in getting the best outcome for me.

Ayub was honestly amazing throughout the whole mortgage process. He kept me updated every step of the way and whenever I had a question or needed help, he was always there and sorted things out quickly. He made what could have been a really stressful process so much easier. Really grateful for all his help and couldn’t recommend him enough!

My case wasn’t straightforward because of self-employed income, but Ayub knew exactly which lenders to approach. Approved first time with no drama. Highly recommended.

Ayub has provided fantastic service and fundamental advice throughout my property purchase journey. Ayub’s friendly, approachable nature has allowed me to feel supported throughout. Highly recommend????

I’ve used Ayub for 3 mortgages now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always responsive, always honest, and they genuinely take the time to find the right deal rather than the quickest one.

Great service and communication from Sian. She really went above and beyond to help us sell our property. Can’t praise her enough.
