Having spent nearly 2 years trying to sell we decided letting would be our next try.

We were delighted to have Balgores find a tenant in 1 week. Fantastic news for us v

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received throughout the process of buying my flat. In particular, I’d like to give a huge thank you to Oskar, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish.

Oskar was always friendly, professional and approachable, and was extremely helpful whenever I had questions or needed an update. He went above and beyond to keep things moving and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward.

I really appreciated how responsive and supportive Oskar was, right through to completion. His help made a real difference and I’m very grateful for everything he did to help get me over the line.

I would definitely recommend Oskar and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Excellent service from start to finish — thank you, Oskar!

The 1 bedroom flat is perfect…as soon as I walked in I could really see myself living there.
The gentlemen Luke was very professional and welcoming and was able to answer any questions I had. The service was 10 out of 10!!

Excellent communication and friendly staff. Very pleased with the level of transparency shown too.

This is the first time I have used Balgores Estate Agents, but this is actually the third time I have used Sian to represent us, having previously dealt with her at Aston’s, before the business was taken over by Balgores.
Sian has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She is professional, friendly, approachable and I feel she always goes above and beyond to help you sell your property. I have always felt that she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for you and keeps you informed every step of the way.
Having used Sian three times now, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her & her team. She is a real asset to Balgores and is a big reason why I chose to use her again.
Thank you Sian and to your team for all your hard work and support!

Overall an excellent experience.

We had a really positive experience buying our house through Balgores Estate Agents, and we would especially like to thank Arif and Sarah for all their help and support throughout the process.

They were both friendly, professional and always happy to answer our questions. Buying a house can be stressful, but Arif and Sarah made the whole process much easier and kept us updated along the way.

We really appreciate everything they did to help us get into our new home. Thank you both for your hard work and excellent service. We would definitely recommend Balgores Estate Agents!

We had a fantastic experience with Balgores throughout the purchase of our new home and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Buying a house can be an incredibly stressful process, especially when you’re dealing with a difficult chain, but the team at Balgores made the whole experience feel so much easier. From the very beginning, everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful.

A special thank you to Ewan, who kept us regularly updated throughout the process and worked hard to make sure everything continued moving forward as quickly as possible. His communication was excellent and it made such a difference knowing we were always kept informed.

We also want to give a huge thank you to Marie, who worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep the chain moving and push things forward so that we could achieve our preferred completion date. We really appreciated all the effort and determination she put in to getting everyone over the finish line.

Moving house is never completely stress-free, but having such a supportive and proactive team on your side makes a huge difference. We are so grateful to everyone at Balgores for helping us get into our new home and making what could have been a very difficult process feel much more manageable.

Thank you again to Ewan, Marie and the whole Balgores team!

Just finished viewing two properties with Rayyan and I just felt I had to say how impressed I was with his professionalism. His presentation and the way he conducted the viewings were amazing. I’ve done many viewings and dealt with a lot of estate agents, but honestly, no one has been this good.

Also, Raj, who called me several times, was really nice, helpful and efficient throughout.

Just wanted to share my feedback as I genuinely felt the service was exceptional. Thank you!
