Paul filled us with confidence during our valuation that he wanted to sell our house, and within 5 days we were sold! Marie’s communication throughout was excellent, being prompt and helpful.

Overall we are really happy with our experience. Arif was really attentive and took care of any questions or issues we had along the way. Donna was there to help push and chase the deal to be closed. The only really really minor thing I would say is that we were expecting a welcome hamper when we got our keys which we didn’t get, this would’ve made us feel like we really did complete it as I feel like it’s something that everyone kind of expects as the cherry on top. We obviously are extremely happy with our new home but it’s the little things. That aside, when we started the process, it was mandatory to sign the ‘Gazeal’ agreement this was a bit of a shock as we had to put down £500 deposit to ‘lock us in’ which we didn’t prepare for however this worked in our favour, we didn’t have to stress whether or not the seller would just change their mind or go with a better offer as we both had to put this money down almost as an insurance if something was unreasonable the other party would’ve compensated. As a first time buyer we were a little bit worried as it was something completely new for us to experience but Arif and Donna really made us feel at ease and explained any and every question I had and so I can say that I would definitely recommend Balgores Hornchurch!! Great work guys! Thank you!

From the first time we met Andrew when he came to do the valuation, we felt assured that our sale would be in good hands. We had a good discussion about a realistic value and marketing price for our property.
The process from that point on, to the property going live was seamless.
We were delighted that we achieved a price we were happy with and in a short time frame.
From the point of acceptance of the offer, Frank, Balgores manager, became our main contact.
He took care of the viewings and always gave us feedback.
From the day our property went on the market to the completion date was just over 4 months.
The conveyancing went smoothly and this was due to both the Balgores team and the competent solicitor recommended by them. Moving home is never without some stresses and concerns but we always felt supported.
Andrew kept in touch to offer reassurance when needed and we appreciated his commitment in ensuring we received a personal and high level of service.
We would most definitely use Balgores again should we need to.

Professional, Friendly, and Outstanding Service

When we instructed Balgores in Hornchurch, the property market had already begun to decline. However, with Billy as our agent from the very beginning—bringing enthusiasm, hard work, and 5 star marketing—we sold our home within a week!

Balgores also offers a Reservation Agreement between both parties, providing exclusivity to the buyer and peace of mind to the seller. Should the buyer withdraw from the sale without reason, they are legally obliged to pay a pre agreed fee to the seller—an option not commonly offered by other estate agents.

Unfortunately, very late in the process, just as we were about to exchange, our buyer pulled out. In that moment, the Reservation Agreement proved invaluable, ensuring we were compensated.

Billy was incredibly proactive. He immediately relaunched our property to the market, arranging viewings—many of which took place in the evening, outside his normal working hours. Thanks to his commitment, he secured another buyer, and the sale is now progressing well.

We cannot fault Balgores’ 5 star service. They are genuinely lovely people who always have time for you. Good relationships are so important, and we would definitely recommend them.

Really friendly, professional and kept us up to date daily with progress of our move. Andre was really helpful and professional throughout and the communication was very quick, which I found excellent as we always want answers straight away. Would highly recommend.

I had so many conversations with her over the phone. She was on top of everything.

When we received emails from the solicitor filled with jargon, Louise would call us and explain everything in plain English. She made a very stressful process feel manageable — and even human.

I truly hope that everyone going through a sale or purchase has a Louise to guide them through it.

No one asked me to write this review. I’m doing it because it’s well deserved.
