Ben was really helpful from the jump. He called on the day to double check I was still okay to attend. When I struggled to pinpoint the location due to the new postcode he was reachable and directed me. I was torn between two different apartment layouts but he mentioned a USP for one that helped me make my choice. Whenever I’ve called and had a query he’s been informative and transparent which has saved me worrying . In the last 10 minutes or so I was able to request he takes a specific measurement for me ahead of my move which saves me a 2hr20 minute drive and further delays in regards to settling in.

Balgores wasn’t my first choice as other agents had promised me a dedicated service at less cost which was not forthcoming.
Moving to Michael K and team was a refreshing change.
My sale was handled with speed, energy and excellent feedback throughout.
I felt that Michael and his team were on my side and I received timely, accurate and good advice when needed.
A lot of effort was put in by Michael and the whole team in getting a difficult sale over the line.
The little extra I paid in comparison with other agents was well worth the difference and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ross and the team have been excellent in helping us sell the house. When the first buyer fell through they got us plenty of more viewings and they gave us good advice throughout and were patient with our questions. We’ve just completed and are delighted with all support we had.

We are very happy with the great service offered by Christian and Ana, they are very prompt in their communication/response, and very friendly – we would definitely work with them again.

I just rented a flat through them days ago, they said that they can only release the keys to the property if I sign the inventory first, so I had no choice. I moved in and there’s no lighting in half of the property, reported it in an email 3 days ago, plus called, then I re-emailed today and called too, AMANDA the property manager now argues that these were not indicated on the inventory and they don’t want to fix it. Amanda should be fired as she failed to understand that a tenant is a CUSTOMER, and she should treat the situation accordingly.
