Very pleased with the service provided by Ben in securing my tenants and at a rental that I wasn’t expecting. First class service from start to finish and I hope this is the beginning of a long relationship regarding tenancy. Top marks indeed.

I Can’t fault Balgores, Romford, in helping me sell my aunt’s house. They were always very informative, and helpful in the process. The stress was minimal, and I can’t thank them enough . I would particularly like to single out Louise and Charlie as they were always at the end of the phone if I had any queries .i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Balgores again .

As first time buyers purchasing our new home, the service we received from Abbie, Donna, Michelle and the whole team at Balgores was brilliant. We had a very long wait for our chain to become complete but Abbie kept us updated throughout and made sure we didn’t feel forgotten. She was extremely professional but personable at the same time and we wouldn’t hesitate to go through her if we decide to sell in future. Whilst most people grumble about estate agents, we had a brilliant experience and felt very lucky! – highly recommend.

NEO is an absolute gem! From start to finish, Balgores service was outstanding. They were very proactive, professional, and always easy to reach. Understood our requirements and helped us find the perfect place. A massive thank you to him and his team!

We have recently completed the sale of our property with Balgores Romford Branch, without a doubt the best place to sell your property, the Manage Charlie meet with us to discuss the details and process of selling our property, Charlie is very professional, taking into consideration our needs, he was able to put our minds to rest, as we had lived in our house for 38 years. We were introduced to Louise from the branch, and from the beginning Louise kept us updated in each stage, in our opinion Louise went up and beyond, she showed empathy, understanding, and kindness, very professional, and truly a asset to Balgores.

Fantastic communication from the team. Marie was particularly helpful and was always very friendly whilst remaining professional.

The staff at Woodham Ferrers branch were very helpful

Nothing but positive things to say about Ricky & his team at Balgores’s Upminster, would highly recommend, was always helpful and available to talk regarding the sale of my property, Secured viewings and offers on my property in a short period time. Thanks for all your help

Just wanted to thank Harrison Thorne personally for being so efficient, from taking the first phone call for viewing, viewing confirmation and then taking the offer, and everything after this,

Everything was done in such a quick professional calm manner, I wish all agents were like this.

I have been using Balgores for the past couple of years to manage my properties and have consistently found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. One of my residential properties in Dagenham has been let through them for over two years without any issues, with rent payments always made on time.

Balgores also successfully found an excellent tenant for my commercial property, and I have been very pleased with the outcome. I am currently in the process of letting out my flat, and the team is working diligently to find the right tenant.

Overall, I highly recommend Balgores for their reliability and dedicated service in property management.

A big thank you to Ben for all his support throughout the process. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — super helpful, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond. He made everything feel simple and straightforward, and I genuinely felt like he had my best interests in mind. Moving can be stressful, but Ben made it a lot easier. Really grateful for all his help!

Good, all sorted without hassle

Good, quick & efficient

We had a fantastic experience with Balgores and would 100% recommend. We didn’t have an easy ride due to sellers pulling out (no fault of Balgores) but what we did do, was sell our house quickly. Throughout the process, Balgores were quick to respond and a special mention goes to Ross who was always there to respond and answer our calls. It was clear that he was knowledgable and experienced and through the buying process, we came across many agents in other companies who were not nearly as competent. Thank you to all staff at Balgores for always supporting us through some buying challenges!

Jody Manno at Balgores has been really good with communication for helping us get through the process of renting a place in Chelmsford.
